4 unique & dancefloororientated Remixes
/// ABOUT THIS RELEASE ///
As the second and last part of the SPACEWEATHER EP we´re proudly presenting you Part 2 here.
All released remixes are a result of a remix contest we called out in 2009 - and each one of them is a bomb > Enjoy!
Part 2 starts with HANNES FISCHERS Remix of ANTE PORTAS.
Hannes worked out some dominating melodic offbeat bells, which are decorating the forward pushing, overwhelming emotion of this remix. Although the track isn´t containing much elements, they are perfectly arranged and definitely a good mood bomb as well for the dancefloor, as for every other place you can be.
One of his remixes we could listen already on the Part 1 of this EP.
BEATLJUIZE is usually a hip hop producer and his first electronic music steps he did by joining our contest. When his remix of CHECK THE UNIVERSE plays, you can´t escape from connecting his track with the late 70´s themes as „Love Boat“ or „The Golden Girls“. A unique funky, disco touched exposure combined with elements of techno.
PETAR PETKOVSKI is a Macedonia based DJ and producer, running the |Greenfields Netlabel| in the capital town Skopje. In his remix of CHECK THE UNIVERSE you can recognize his passion for minimal music. He picked some pinches of the original track and arranged them to a machine like sound pattern, underlined by robotoid vocal snippets to dance on.
MAZEL SOURCE is a France based Producer. His reinterpretation of ANTE PORTAS is having a strong club vibe. All sounds he used are filling up the room.. Spaced out melodies are evolving and throwing you from the one side of the dancefloor to the other. Rave!
We hope that we delivered you with this EP´s an unforgotten journey through space or what we think space is and could be. It´s big, it´s huge and there are no boundaries, neither in the orbit, nor in music.
